App and wallpaper licence / 应用与壁纸许可

Huevia is operated by Jack Mu. The app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Wallpapers that you lawfully export may be used and adapted as backgrounds on your own devices for personal use. Do not resell, publicly redistribute the source files or claim exclusive ownership of the artwork. Other uses require permission. AI-assisted artwork may not be unique, and exclusive copyright in every image is not promised.

Huevia 由 Jack Mu 运营。应用适用 Apple 的标准许可应用最终用户许可协议及适用的强制性消费者权利。合法导出的壁纸可用于本人设备的个人背景，并可为个人使用调整构图。请勿转售、公开分发源文件，或宣称对作品拥有独占权利。其他用途需要另行许可。AI 辅助作品可能不具唯一性，不承诺每张图片均具有排他性著作权。

Version 0.1.0 and access labels / 0.1.0 与使用标识

The current collection is free. No subscription, paid download or payment is offered in version 0.1.0. Free or paid labels come from the published catalogue. If an item is marked paid, this version can show its preview but does not sell or unlock the download. A server label change does not create a charge or subscription. Any future purchase feature will need an app update with clear prices and terms and Apple’s applicable purchasing process.

当前图库全部免费。0.1.0 不提供订阅、收费下载或支付。免费与收费标识来自已发布目录；若作品标为收费，本版可显示预览，但不销售或解锁下载。服务器标识变更不会产生扣费或订阅。未来购买功能需通过应用更新提供清晰价格、条款及适用的 Apple 购买流程。

Availability and exported files / 可用性与已导出文件

The collection can change, and an image may be archived or withdrawn for rights, quality or operational reasons. Some content may vary by App Store account country. Downloaded files remain on your device and are not remotely erased by catalogue changes. Your personal-use permission for a lawful export continues, subject to any applicable rights restriction communicated to you. Internet access and available device storage are needed for new downloads. We do not promise a particular update frequency or uninterrupted service.

图库可能调整，作品可能因权利、质量或运营原因归档或撤回；部分内容可能因 App Store 账号地区而异。目录变更不会远程删除设备上的已下载文件。合法导出的个人使用许可继续有效，但须遵守依法适用并已告知你的权利限制。新下载需要网络及可用存储空间，不承诺特定更新频率或服务始终不中断。

Contact appledev2027@163.com for support or content-rights concerns. Include the artwork title or ID, the nature of the concern, your contact information and any supporting evidence you are entitled to share. We review reports and may restrict or withdraw an item while investigating. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
